• Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or agreement. Typical terms include a deposit before work begins and the balance upon completion.

4. Client responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to any accounts, tools, credentials, or information necessary for us to complete the work.
• Provide feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.
• Ensure that any content, data, or materials you provide to us do not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

• Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create for your project (e.g., automations, websites, integrations, custom code).
• We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and experience gained during your project in future work for other clients.
• We may reference your project (without sharing confidential details) in our portfolio or case studies, unless you request otherwise.
• Any third-party tools, platforms, or software used in your project remain subject to their own licensing terms.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your business information, credentials, or data to any third party unless required by law or with your explicit written consent.

7. Warranties and disclaimer

• We will perform all services with reasonable care and skill.
• We provide a reasonable period after project delivery (typically 30 days) to fix any bugs or issues with the deliverables that fall within the original scope.
• Beyond this, our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that third-party platforms (Zapier, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.) will remain available, unchanged, or free of their own issues.
• We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party services, your hosting provider, or changes you make after project delivery.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skystar Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that project.

9. Cancellation and refunds

• Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice (email is sufficient).
• If you cancel a project in progress, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point.
• Any unused portion of a deposit may be refundable at our discretion, depending on the work already completed.

10. Website use

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
